Account Service Coordinator
Location: This position will work remotely. The ideal candidate must live within 50 miles of our Open Access, Elevance Health locations listed on this requisition. Travels to worksite and other locations, as necessary.

The Account Service Coordinator is responsible for providing advanced customer service representation for accounts.
How you will make an impact:
- Interprets and provides support for plan benefit design, ensuring optimal client understanding.
- Proficiently addresses and resolves complex claims, benefits, and enrollment issues, providing enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Conducts regular client visits to maintain account relationships and understand their evolving needs.
- Executes coordination of open enrollment meetings, ensures seamless renewal processes, and delivers engaging training sessions.
- Plays a pivotal role in maintaining an excellent client relationship through responsive service and in-depth benefits and claims knowledge.
Minimum Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationships; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- Travels to worksite and other locations, as necessary.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Capabilities
- Experience with TPA or self-funded insurance is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role is highly preferred.
- Experience interacting confidently with key stakeholders, as a subject matter expert and comfortable with influencing decision-making is preferred.
- Excellent written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills preferred.
- Proven ability to resolve complex issues in a fast-paced and high-demand environment preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, MS Teams, and Salesforce highly preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $56,028 to $96,048.
Locations: New York.
