The BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy is looking to hire an  Integration Director .  This high-performing individual contributor will lead work that supports the BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy growth and expansion.  S/he will oversee all components of the growth activities established by leadership, vendor coordination, managing stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and manage the overall plan itself and key deliverables.  

This position will work in a hybrid way, one day per week from any US Elevance Health corporate work location. 

How you will make  an impact: 

  • Develops the strategy and business plans collaborating with the business leads

  • leads the execution of the strategy and plans

  • serves as a central point of contact across the enterprise for Specialty on migration related activities

  • engages the appropriate resources across the enterprise

  • leads the governance team for these activities

  • Facilitates/leads high level strategy and program meetings with senior management to obtain buy-in, funding and support for deliverables

  • Interacts with various areas including senior leadership, Enterprise Operations, and Enterprise IT, in developing business plans and identifying issues/concerns to ensure alignment of objectives

  • Develops structure/process to manage various strategic activities

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. 

Highly preferred skills and experiences:

- Specialty Pharmacy domain experience; Pharmacy Benefit Management PBM experience as well.

-Business strategy/planning/execution and Integration/Account migration from merger portfolio of work - such as the implementation of new technology, platform upgrades, high volume staffing to support new business, migrating work from a vendor to in-house capability, building new sites across the US.

- Large-scale client implementations

- MBA, other graduate degree or PMP certification, program leadership experience preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $122,560 to $220,608
