Manager - Commercial Inside Sales

Location : This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations in Texas or Florida.

Compensation: Base salary + Sales Incentive

The Manager - Commercial Inside Sales is responsible for planning, directing, and controlling the resources and efforts of staff to accomplish inside sales objectives. This includes recruiting, onboarding, and managing both full time sales associates as well as college interns used of peak season.

How you will make an impact:

  • Manages resources effectively and efficiently to support strategic sales goals.
  • Provides leadership in motivating subordinates to accomplish goals and objectives.
  • Ensures achievement of sales production goals and deliverables.
  • Monitors the performance of products and assesses competitors' activities.
  • Develops recommendations to Sales Management on the marketplace dynamics including competitors and associate performance.
  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in health care or Telephonic Health Care sales environment; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Sales license required.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Bi-lingual fluency in Spanish and English highly preferred.
  • Healthcare insurance sales experience preferred.
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce CRM system and MS Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook) highly preferred.
