Telemarketing Representative MMM

Location: This position will work on-site on a regional office located in PR-SAN JUAN, 411 CALLE SEGARRA MARGINAL AVE KENNEDY.

Schedule: This position will work full-time. Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

The Telemarketing Representative is responsible for providing orientation to possible beneficiaries interested in information about company benefits.

How you will make an impact

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate seminars, transfer call to in office reps or for In Home Visits.
  • Make calls to possible beneficiaries to coordinate CMS approved activities, assistance, in-home visits, or transfer calls to In Office representatives for orientation about plan benefits.
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for Sales presentations.
  • Create sales reports, leads results report, and summits reports daily.
  • Check all SOA for completeness and accuracy before sending it to sales representatives or supervisor.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS in business administration or related discipline and minimum of 1 year telemarketing or marketing health care experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
  •  Fully bilingual required.
