Title: Business Information Developer Sr.

Location:  Remote

Hours:  Standard

Responsible for developing and executing complex data programming, which involves building data sets and validating their stability and efficiency; creating program views, functions and stored procedures.

How you will make an impact:

  • Uses complex program languages to extract data.
  • 80% of the time SQL Developing and 20% of the time Crystal report development.
  • Programs and writes queries and reports.
  • Uses program languages to extract data.
  • Develops and executes data mining analyses.
  • Develops new and standard reports utilizing data warehouse information.
  • Establishes and maintains strong knowledge of data warehouse database design, data definitions, system capabilities, related programming languages, and data integrity issues.
  • Develops and supports data warehouse-related applications for business areas requiring design and implementation of database tables.
  • Conducts training on use of applications developed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BS/BA degree and a minimum of 2 years related analytical experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
  • PC, spreadsheet, and database skills strongly preferred.
  • Experience in standard Business Information tools and programming/query languages required.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Preferred experience with crystal reports, Oracle/SQL server programming language and business intelligence.
  • Must have knowledge of data warehousing, relation database design and turning.
  • Preferred experience with behavioral health/SUD terminology.
  • Preferred experience utilizing claims, eligibility and pharmacy based data.
  • Preferred experience with federal/CMS reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate across functional teams.
  • Ability to plan/schedule/communicate/manage time sensitive deliverables.
  • Must be detail oriented and self-starting and statistically savvy.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines.
