Staff VP Carelon Growth, Payment Integrity

We are currently seeking a Vice President of Growth who will lead and develop Carelon’s Payment Integrity (PI) product suite. This role is responsible for the development and execution of the Carelon’s PI growth strategy leading to the identification and acquisition of new business that will meet the company’s revenue and profitability goals.  You will identify market opportunities that resonate with our clients, understand the competitive landscape; and set goals and drive product vision.  You will translate external input into product requirements for Carelon and boldly influence senior management and internal cross-functional teams to rally around common cause to build new and innovative products.
You will craft and develop solutions to business challenges by communicating requirements to key partners (for example, Business leaders, Sales/Marketing, Product, Digital); and engaging with key partners to deliver and support initiatives; and communicating status and insights related to product performance to stakeholders.  You will ensure product activities are directly aligned with the Carelon business plan and financial objectives. Serves as the business solution consultant in strong partnership with Sales and Product.
You will develop and enhance our PI product offerings by providing business experience to develop product roadmaps; gather and documenting requirements; prioritize product features; execute on user and business acceptance criteria; and influence the roll out of product features.
You will develop relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identify and communicate objectives; build accountability for and measure progress in achieving results; identify and address improvement opportunities and demonstrate adaptability and promote continuous learning & discovery.
You will provide supervision and development opportunities for a team of product managers through training; mentoring; assigning duties; and providing recognition.

Key Responsibilities 
•    Developing growth strategy to drive $100M operating gain in 5 years
•    Building innovative PI solutions that drive efficient growth for clients
•    Translating proven single-client solutions into industry leading external product offerings
•    Developing compelling business cases to demonstrate ROI for product investment
•    Defining compelling client pricing models to capture market
•    Tuning our product to deliver continuous improvement for higher client ROI
•    Creating a supportive culture that builds high-performance growth oriented team

Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 10 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Travel may be required. 

Desired Experience / Skills:
•    Experience and subject expertise of the Healthcare Payment Integrity market and client needs
•    Demonstrated experience and ability to prioritize and manage trade-offs while aligning on business     objectives with a client centric focus
