Title: Sr. Program Manager
Location: Richmond, VA - Remote

The Sr. Program Manager is responsible for the development and management of multiple programs simultaneously, which span multiple states and markets and various care delivery models.
How you will make an impact:
Incorporate new products and/or services and reinforce standardization for a scalable and efficient new market, service area expansion.
Interpret new payor contract requirements and build execution plans for existing CareMore care delivery models and new models as designed by the Company for all lines of business and/or populations served.
Works with stakeholders and team members to continuously improve end to end execution effectiveness.
Drives more efficient and effective delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics to identify areas of opportunity.
Facilitates team transparency by escalating impediments and shares progress by the team to the appropriate channels and provides recommendations for problem resolution to ensure program execution remains on track and on budget.
Actively engaged in defining solutions and new processes and managing action items, identifying issues and risks, adjusting scope, and identifying tasks necessary to complete planned work.
Serves as subject matter expert for all programs and relationship manager to client.
Provides mentoring and coaching to Program Managers.
Additional duties may include post program launch responsibilities.
Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 7 years’ experience in external client facing program management, project management; complex business processes, strategic and business planning; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Project management certification (PMP) preferred.
