The  Account Service Manager  is responsible for client-facing, day-to-day contact for operational excellence that meets/exceeds client service & satisfaction goals for the pharmacy book of business. 

How you will make an impact:

  • Provides pharmacy account management for a large volume accounts. 
  • Manages the new and renewal implementation process for accounts. 
  • Maintains ongoing account relationships at multiple levels throughout the customers' organizations. 
  • Makes recommendations for improvements to meet customers' expectations.
  • Influences & collaborates with internal partners to deliver best-in-class service including resolving operational issues, root cause analysis, and driving recovery efforts that directly influence account retention and growth.
  • Executes client-specific operational deliverables including benefit set up, reporting, and project support as needed. 
  • Implements/manages contractual obligations including performance/operational guarantees and rebate strategies.
  • Leverages data to track account performance & identify trends/opportunities for input/recommendations on client growth and retention strategies.
  • Responsible for operational understanding of all Rx products & solutions.
  • Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions. 
  • Makes routine account visits. 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationship; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Travel may be required.

Preferred Capabilities, Skills, and Experiences:

  • Pharmacy Benefits Management - PBM knowledge preferred
  • Experience working in the managed care/healthcare insurance industry is a plus.

Annual Salary Range*: $62,800 - $78,500 (Min – MRP)

Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
