Director of Solutions Management, Provider and Member Data Team for AIM Specialty Health

Our successful candidate leads the Provider and Member Data team within AIM Product Solutions and is responsible for the overall success of product implementations relative to use of provider and member data. Ensures data optimization, data model refinement, and continuous improvement with the efficient use of data so that the implementation of products and services for all lines of business enterprise wide is as expected. S/he is responsible for managing all issues, projects, and initiatives across Solutions involving provider and member data. S/he must successfully work cross-functionally to solve issues and launch projects effectively and timely. S/he possesses strong business strategy acumen as well as deep provider and member data knowledge. S/he must have strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate roadmap, projects, and issues to all levels within the organization. S/he must be able to lead a high-functioning team to optimize performance and morale. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Analyzing complex lines of business and business partner requirements, overseeing business partner relationships, implementation reviewing to ensure business partner needs are met, coordinating and prioritizing needs of multiple business partners with Information Technology, having oversight of project plans, providing ongoing leadership and direction to Solutions Management staff. Responsible for measuring and monitoring partner/ client satisfaction. Maintains in-depth knowledge of all current systems, products, and services and understanding of future system and product development plans to allow appropriate planning for production schedule and operational processes. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Requires a BA/BS in information systems, business, health sciences or related field with emphasis in analytical thinking and minimum of 10 years experience in project and customer relationship management, including minimum of 5 years experience in healthcare setting and/or working with healthcare related customers, 5 years of experience in managing staff, with the understanding of complex business processes; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Highly preferred skills and experience:
-Hands on usage of provider and member data
-Product management experience
-Understanding of the Blues system and Blues network contracting
-Experience leading a team and developing talent
