Vendor & Facilities Management Coordinator

Please Note: This Role is Hybrid-Remote. You will be expected to come into the office for training with the team before you can perform this role. This role also requires traveling within the surrounding area.

Responsible for working with Procurement and Real Estate to coordinate vendor relationships and real estate needs for CareMore and Aspire.  
Ensures proper coordination with Procurement to manage new or existing relationships with vendors. 
Coordinates, in partnership with other areas of the business, RFPs and/or contract renegotiation to ensure ongoing support of the business in alignment with budget and plan.  
Assists in identifying appropriate real estate needs to support existing business and/or expansion of business needs in alignment with CareMore and Aspire strategic and operating plans. Responsible for overall budget management for assigned areas.


How you will make an impact:
•    Partners with appropriate business units to ensure management and oversight of existing or new vendor contracts are in place, SLAs are being met, and financial spend is in line with budget.  
•    Identifies innovative ways to improve the business through proper vendor relationships. 
•    Partners with appropriate business units to coordinate real estate needs (Care Center, Pop-Up, Mobile, etc.) for CareMore and Aspire. 
•    Assists Practice Management and/or CareMore and Aspire with strategic and business improvements that allow for scale and sustainability of the business thru vendor and/or facilities management.

•    Requires BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of purchasing, facilities management, warehousing, or customer service experience (Or)

  • Any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. 

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
•    Knowledge of related computer applications, databases, and basic accounting.
•    Contract negotiation experience.
•    Purchasing experience. 
•    Knowledge of Ariba.

•    Advanced MS Excel, Powerpoint, Teams and, Sharepoint skills
