Title: Genesys Cloud Developer

Location: Richmond, VA; Atlanta, GA; Indianapolis, IN; or near any Elevance Health location

Responsible for delivery of end to end application, system development and maintenance on complex multi technology platforms within assigned client group, business unit or corporate department and utilizing various customer technology platforms.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Designs, develops, and implement Contact Center IVR applications and migrate existing on premise contact center applications.

  • Implement and Manage Cloud Based systems

  • Responsible for platform configuration, development of new flows, data integrations, and technical documentation including designs and handoff materials

  • Designs, develops, and implement cloud applications and migrate existing on premise contact center applications. Experience in routing/IVR.

  • Design and delivery of new features in IVR/Routing Work with Product Owners, business analyst and technical leads to develop technical solutions.

  • Ensuring efficient functioning of data storage and processing functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security.

  • Responsible for development, tests/debug programs, and maintains/supports deployed interfaces

  • Implementation of API / Web Service integrations to back end systems (Rest, Soap, JSON, NO SQL database)

  • Identifying, analyzing, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues

  • Maintains active relationships with customers to determine business requirements and leads requirements gathering meetings.

  • Performs technical design reviews and code reviews.

  • Mentors others and may lead multiple or small to medium sized projects.  

  • Identifies and propose strategies around technical problems affecting team, communicates standards and gets buy-in on solutions. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 5 years related experience; multi dimensional platform experience; expert level experience with business and technical applications, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • At least 5 years of experience in Genesys

Preferred Skills, Experiences and Competencies:

  • Genesys Cloud (Pure cloud/engage) exposure /experience will be a plus

  • Experience in Genesys IRD/Composer Routing

  • Experience in Genesys 8.x platform architecture, Genesys Framework, Config Management

  • Preferred AWS/Genesys Cloud Certifications

  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
