Director of Digital Solutions – Payment Integrity Data Mining and Recovery Solutions
 
Carelon's Advanced Analytics and Services Product Org is looking to hire a Director of Digital Solutions .  This People Leader will serve as a direct of product management and lead a team (product owners and business analysts) who design data mining and payment recovery digital solutions.  This Product team fits into the larger Product org within the Payment/Program Integrity domain for Carelon's health plan clients.  S/he is responsible for understanding the marketplace, segments priorities, digital innovation, and the competition. S/he is responsible for connecting together the needs of all stakeholders (customers, business partners, technology enablers) and generating a product solutions strategy to move Elevance to the next level. Accountable for providing vision and direction to a team of associates who construct the solutions based on that strategy and vision. Collaborates with key stakeholders inside and outside the organization to evangelize the vision and orchestrate execution and delivery. 
 
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Defines the product strategic vision and roadmap and priorities and ensures team and vendors are aligned with vision and strategy. Acts as the enterprise product owner for the solution; understands product, business, and competitive landscape. Communicates strategy and roadmap to business partners and coordinates work with functional areas across the business. Identifies and resolves strategic issues that may impair the ability of their direct reports to meet goals. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Requires a BA/BS degree in related digital solutions field and a minimum of 10 years of experience with digital product management with digital assets including 5 years of management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. MBA or equivalent preferred.
 
Highly preferred skills and experience:
-Experience designing and developing healthcare software products
-Digital Product experience on the Payer or Provider side of payment integrity, revenue cycle, coordination of benefits COB, Fraud Waste and Abuse FWA, Audit, Provider Education, Data Mining,  Analytics, or Recovery 
-Safe Agile working environment
-Experience developing large scale apps with high volume of users and high volume of complexity
