The Enterprise Communications Lead is responsible for owning and driving communications for both Enterprise Culture and Enterprise Strategy.  Serves as the communications lead supporting the Chief Strategy Officer on all enterprise strategy communications. 

How will you make an impact :

  • Supports and writes CEO/executive communications in a “communications deputy” capacity. 
  • Shapes the content strategy and develops end-to-end integrated communications plans that reflect and drive the overall enterprise culture strategy. 
  • Consults, advises and leads through influence at both the senior level as well as at the communications associate level to entrench culture and strategy communications into day-to-day work and client messages. 
  • Serves as a mentor for dotted-line and other team associates. 

Minimum Qualification

  • Requires a BA/BS in a related field; 12 years of experience serving in senior advisory roles and working directly with executive management; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Must have experience writing directly for CEOs and other executive leadership team members.
  • Must have created and implemented enterprise-wide communications plans for strategic initiatives.

Preferred skills, Capabilities and Experiences

  • Masters' Degree highly preferred; additional relevant education and training preferred.
