Title: Digital Product Manager Sr – Healthcare Data Analytics – Tableau Developer

Location: Remote

Responsible for supporting the growth and development of the digital reporting and analytics experience and strategies across markets.  Leverage expertise in healthcare, data analytics, and technologies to support the organization’s business partners in the identification and deployment of innovative solutions to showcase value from business opportunities.   Responsible for working with business partners and team members to evaluate reporting and analytics concepts, opportunities and vendors to assess their value and how they best fit into the existing ecosystem of solutions. 

Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:  

  • Responsible for providing subject matter expertise to develop strategies, programs and solutions based on business priorities, consumer insights and industry trends that support digital reporting strategy.

  • Participate in business requirement discussions with IT partners to develop robust healthcare analytic reporting solutions

  • Highly proficient in database and analytic tools (SQL, SAS, Tableau, R, Python, Power BI tools, MS Excel, etc.)

  • Create market leading reporting and analytics packages, including healthcare plan performance reports, dashboards, and client experience studies

  • Eager to learn new analytics tools and capabilities

  • Innovate thinker that can ideate and solution beyond capabilities that are available today

  • Responsible for researching and evaluating new digital reporting and analytics market concepts / solutions and determining if and how they would best fit into the existing portfolio of services.

  • In collaboration with team leadership, develop strategic roadmaps, competitive benchmark assessments, and identify or evaluate potential solutions that could support the market offer. 

  • Work with business partners and foster multidisciplinary collaboration to both create business cases and ensure the deployment of solutions that engage internal and external stakeholders and address their needs.

  • Responsible for gathering and assessing market requirements through competitive intelligence and emerging trends, stakeholder and consumer feedback.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a BA/BS degree in related field; 5+ years of experience in analytic solution strategy, consultative data analytics and reporting; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare industry required.

  • Highly proficient in database and analytic tools (SQL, SAS, Tableau, R, Python, Power BI tools, MS Excel, etc.)

  • Tableau Developer Experience

  • Healthcare Analytics Experience
