Director of Solutions, Innovation and Strategy:
The solution product strategy and development leader will be responsible for new product definition, initial value estimation and establishing go to market options. The new product definition will support AIM strategy and drive for new growth opportunities while maintaining the client and member care as top priority.
Primary duties include but are not limited to:
· Drive early-stage new product definition and value proposition activities
· Define high level approach on product go to market including value for key stakeholders, high level workflow, and build vs. build initial perspective
· Identify market needs and synthesize appropriate input to define key success factors
· Understand key capabilities needed for successful launch
· Build initial financial view and proforma
· Identify potential partnerships needed and engage in initial outreach with potential partners
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years of leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Highly preferred skills and experience:
-10+ years of solution/product management experience with program management, and/or consulting in the health care industry
-Healthcare domain experience with specialty benefit management services in the Prior Auth PA and Utilization Management UM spaces in the Payer and/or Provider side
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Demonstrated product development successes
-Excellent communication skills, including written, oral, presentation, and listening
-Ability to collaborate with both internal and external partners
-Graduate degree and/or professional designation related to field preferred
