Marketing Manager

Responsible for managing the development and execution of Individual marketing strategies to help grow the business, transform the customer experience and retain profitable membership.

Primary duties to include but are not limited to:

  • Translates insights into action.
  • Integrates and organizes information from multiple sources to form a complete picture of customers’ markets and growth opportunities.
  • Builds and executes multi-channel, tactical marketing plans; ensures alignment with the organization’s strategic business goals and are measurable.
  • Partners with other functional areas of Marketing (Centers of Excellence, etc.) to ensure alignment.
  • Can drive internal marketing processes and is comfortable in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Provides leadership and direction to marketing support and creative staff.
  • Serves as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution for assigned clients.
  • Meets regularly with assigned business partners; strong presentation and communication skills required.
  • Coordinates with public relations and leadership to support marketing initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Omni-channel marketing experience required with a preference toward digital and acquisition marketing.
  • Experience in marketing execution should include content development and working with creative teams to develop marketing materials.
  • Healthcare or managed care industry experience is preferred.
  • Experience working toward creative solutions in tandem with other business units such as sales and account management teams is strongly preferred.
  • Results oriented with an understanding of KPIs and ability to monitor and analyze data.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required.
