IngenioRx's Product Strategy Team is looking to hire a Director of Product Development and Management . This People Leader will be responsible for directing the development of new products and management of existing products, market research activities, and business development activities for the PBM's traditional pharmacy line of revenue-generating products, specifically formulary, supply chain, low-cost generics, and discount solutions.
Responsible for directing the regional development of new products and management of existing products, regional market research activities, and business development activities. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Oversees strategy and implementation of new products or changes/enhancements. Oversees market research to ensure market intelligence incorporates national trends, corporate strategy and marketplace competitive strengths. Directs business development, broker relations, commission programs and market compliance activities. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 7 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Highly preferred skills and experience:
-Product development, management, path to market experience in the pharmacy benefit management space, or managed care pharmacy, or pharma, or pharmacy technology domains.
-Full Product Life Cycle Management experience.
-Experience managing product(s) to a P&L
-Experience leading, managing, and building teams.
-Formulary, Supply chain solutions, Discount and generic solutions

Annual Salary Range*: $125,000 - $157,000
Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
