Title:   Business Consultant SR (Broker Tool Training)

Location: CA, CO, NV, IN, KY, OH, MO, WI, VA, GA, NY, CT, NH, ME; candidate must reside in posted state

The Business Consultant SR (Broker Tool Training) will support the buildout of an external facing support mechanism for our brokers.
 

How you will make an impact:
•    These newly created positions will support the buildout of an external facing support mechanism for our brokers. 
•    Their focus will be on driving reusable but individualized training for our broker partners, developing intake and tracking mechanisms for their activities and strengthening relationships within our broker community.  
•    This role requires building strong relationships internally and externally to understand the pain points of our brokers with the goal to improve them. 
•    Provides expertise to lower level consultants on the analysis of business needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs. 
•    Determines specific business application software requirements to address the most highly complex and varied business needs.
•    May lead teams of analysts assigned to the most complex projects, typically those of highest importance and impact to the way in which we do business. 
•    Analyzes and designs solutions to address varied and highly complex business needs.

Minimum Requirements:
•    Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 10  years business analysis experience, which should include analysis, project management, working knowledge of mainframe computer, hardware and operating systems; minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Consultant with project management skills; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. 
•    Ability to travel maybe required.
 

Preferred skills, capabilities and experiences: 
•    External Broker face to face experience strongly preferred
•    Broker sales experience preferred
•    Ability to actively listen and understand, and retain information preferred

Annual Salary Range*: $82,880-$103,600 (Min – MRP) 
Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
