PBM Compliance Manager: Responsible for vendor management including compliance with contractual requirements and issues resolution across multiple PBM vendors. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Identifies, monitors and tracks vendor compliance with all contractual commitments within existing vendor agreements and supporting Amendments.
  • Elevates compliance matters timely, notifying impacted business partners.
  • Tracks vendor non-compliance, identifies potential risks associated with non-compliance, and partners with business units to develop mitigation plans while working with vendor to seek timely compliance. Manages associated performance guarantees and payments and makes recommendation for improved performance guarantee language.
  • Participates as subject matter expert on vendor contracts, contractual requirements, compliance standards.
  • Conducts, directs, leads and facilitates all activities related to vendor audits, prepares findings for Leadership and recommends post audit action.
  • Performs high level regulatory and market level research, develops strategic plans and pro-actively anticipates business needs and recommends contractual requirements.
  • Develops and implements training and communication plans on contractual requirements/standards; manages and leads scheduled and ad-hoc compliance projects; provides and delivers contractual requirement services to the business unit.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 6 years experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Ability to travel required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MS/MBA or field related professional designation preferred.
  • Contract experience
  • Project Management Experience

Annual Salary Range*: $81,732 - $102,165

Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
