Location: Remote

The Digital Product Management Intern will will work with the product health and product teams to define expected success goals, including analysis of current state experience and behavior data. They will work with a mentor to craft and present insights and opportunities to Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, and Leadership to be used in strategic and tactical decisions. 

Digital Product Management Intern will be assigned to a specific group within the Global Chief Information Office organization based on the skillset and needs of the business. Interns will be responsible for supporting prep for OE and AEP by tracking deliverables from Product organization and readiness for submission to internal team(s) for filing. Tracking timelines and status and communicating up to DPM and management.

Digital Product Management Intern is responsible for the design and implementation of new products and existing digital product lines. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Evaluates existing digital products and competitor and industry data to improve existing products and make recommendations for new products.

  • Recommends and implements long term profitability strategies including market positioning, assessment, pricing parameters, and risk profiles.

  • Coordinates presentation, communication and implementation of all phases of product development.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the Summer 2023 internship

  • Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills

  • Project management skills

  • Actively pursuing a graduate level degree from an accredited university in business administration, communications, computer science, or other related fields

  • Graduation date between August 2023 to May 2024 at an accredited university

  • Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
