Business Change Advisor Internship - Summer 2023

A Business Change Advisor Intern will be responsible for supporting the Project and Change Management team in key initiatives like Medicare Product Launch (MPL) 2024, increasing the adoption and sustainment of systems enhancements, and assisting with Member journey mapping activities.  

How you will make an impact:

  • Reviewing EOC/ANOC documents against SVDB to ensure accuracy of information in our member collateral materials

  • Generating and analyzing reports to understand the adoption of system enhancements and identifying trend

  • Leading focus groups to solicit feedback and discuss how to improve adoption of system enhancements

  • Creating user surveys

  • Generating and communicating status reports

  • Attending project meetings

  • Providing project and process support

  • Other duties, as assigned

Functions OR examples of projects for this role: 

  • Validating documents against SVDB information

  • Supporting activities to help improve the adoption of desktop enhancements

  • Identifying process improvement opportunities

Minimum Requirements:

  • Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or other related degrees

  • Ability to work 40 hours per week for duration of summer internship program

  • Must be enrolled fulltime at an accredited college or university during internship

  • Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Strong working knowledge of with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Excellent Problem-solving, Analytical, and Organizational skills

  • Excellent Public Speaking and Presentation skills

  • Detail oriented

  • Self-starter

  • Comfortable working in a virtual environment
