This role will work with the Clinical/ Quality/ Ops Management teams on business requirements prior to project submissions, create & review business requirements and create functional specifications documentation, provide SAS administration and planning support for BSA, interface with the client and their vendor, and establish timelines for projects. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: 

Job Description:

  • Defines the functional, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system and create/ review business requirements and functional spec documentation.

  • Serves as a business subject matter expert and acts as a liaison between the business and IT.

  • Provides the link between the technical and the business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business.

  • Provides system administration and support of Tableau and SAS server analytic products.

  • Leads system requirements definition, design, testing, training and implementation support.

  • Applies use of tools to define requirements and documentation.

  • Provides analysis of efficiencies related to system enhancements/automation.

  • Works with IT learning organization to assist in the development of system training documentation and provides training to end users. Assists with developing use cases. 

  • Administration and support of Tableau server to include, Tableau site approval/creation, performance monitoring, end user support and creation of  administration cut sheets/ user documentation  

  • Meetings with Quality Team to socialize changes, research of update version, scheduling VM snapshot and  version upgrade install for Tableau development and production environments.

  • SAS Administration and planning support for BSA.

  • Meetings with Quality Team to socialize changes, research of update version, scheduling VM snapshot and  version upgrade install for SAS with the assistance of SAS Professional Services

Minimum Qualifications

  • Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and minimum of 1 year related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Administration and support of Tableau (Tableau site approval/creation, performance monitoring, end user support and creation of administration cut sheets/ user documentation).

  • SAS Administration and planning support.

  • EDI support when files changes are requested by the client.
