Carelon's Program / Payment Integrity Product Org is looking to hire a Director of Product Management, Coordination of Benefits COB Product Lead . This People Leader will lead and develop Carelon’s Payment Integrity (PI) product suite.  This role enables the development and execution of Carelon’s PI growth strategy by creating industry leading products.  You will partner with Business and sales to identify market opportunities that resonate with our clients, understand the competitive landscape; and set goals and drive product vision.  You will translate external input into product requirements for Carelon and boldly influence senior management and internal cross-functional teams to rally around common cause to build new and innovative products.  We are seeking an PI thought leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to impact the industry.

May work remotely from any US Location

Primary duties may include but are not limited to:

Develops strategy and oversees implementation of new COB products or product changes/enhancements. Determines customer needs and preferences through research and analysis of industry technology, voice of the customer, current processes and other methods. Monitors product performance and the competitive environment and implements adjustments, as necessary. Creates short and long term strategic product goals in support of market, sales and profitability objectives – effectively communicates and obtains buy-in from cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Identifies system needs to support short and long term product strategy. Establishes product development best practices to guide development. Monitors product development for compliance. Builds a product team driven for success - hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports. Ensures the quality and integrity of all data and business information for internal and external customers.

Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 7 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Highly preferred experience:

-7 years of experience in business information and prior management experience.

Experience on the vendor side of technology selling to health plan clients.
-Experience bringing solutions to the market within a product development framework.
-Solid understanding of program integrity and specifically coordination of benefits is preferred.
-Strong leadership, communication and organization skills.
-Ability to lead and collaborate with colleagues across a range of experience and technical expertise required.
-Ability to drive team development in the area of product management.

-MBA preferred
-Ability to travel required.

Annual Salary Range*: $125,000-157,000

Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
