Title: Systems Analyst Advisor 

Location : Hybrid (Open only to candidate located CT and GA)

Responsible for defining and managing the scope of Business Systems projects. 

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: 

•    Working with various stakeholders to gather the business requirements, brainstorm solutions with technical team, document various requirements in use cases like functional, system- integration, non-functional requirements, review the requirements with business for approval, groom the requirements to the teams, address team clarifications, involvement in testing phase, review defects to provide clarification, demo the implementation to business, rework on requirements as needed, clarification and analysis on production issues.
•    Defines the functional, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system serves as a business subject matter expert, and act as a liaison between the business and IT. 
•    Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business. 
•    Defines the functional, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system serves as a business subject matter expert, and act as a liaison between the business and IT. 
•    Partners with business, architecture and infrastructure and oversees all service levels to ensure business area satisfaction.  
•    Responsible to groom the requirements to the IT teams, address team clarifications, involvement in testing phase, review defects to provide clarification, demo the implementation to business, rework on requirements as needed and clarification and analysis on production issues.
•    In depth knowledge of tools utilized in requirements documentation and creating flow diagrams.  
•    Ensures high level designs including architecture requirements are accurately documented and map to approved requirements. 
•    Works with the IT learning organization to mentor and assist in training initiatives and performs estimates for application functionality enhancements. 
•    Proactively works with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements. 

Minimum Requirements:

•    Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 6 years experience in a variety of technologies, documenting requirements, use cases and/or building test cases; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.  

Preferred Qualification:

•    Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst certifications strongly preferred. 
•    Experience working with Healthcare domain systems and creating use case documents for systems used in this domain.
•    Experience working with Agile methodology, Atlassian tools, SOAP, API, REST, Six Sigma or other process improvement training strongly preferred.

Annual Salary Range*: $91,040- $113,800

Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
