How will you make an impact:
Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with Behavioral Health providers and supportive services, including 988/Suicide Prevention Hotlines, 211, and other Behavioral Health access lines.
Collaborate with community, advocacy, and grassroots organizations that work with Clients to identify barriers to and proposed solutions to ensure equitable access to services provided by the Help Line.
Implement outreach and communication plans to ensure all populations in Massachusetts have equitable access to the Help Line.
Work within specific Clinical Behavioral Health Centers (CBHC) geographic areas to develop relationships and promote the Help Line Clients, providers, and other relevant groups.
Build partnerships with and provide training to Clinical Behavioral Health Centers (CBHC) staff and similar providers about the Help Line, its purpose, scope of services, and resources.

Requires an AA/AS degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Valid driver's license and access to a motor vehicle with valid motor vehicle insurance required.

State health insurance licensure preferred.
