IngenioRx's Digital Product area is looking to hire a Director of Product Development, Digital Platform.  This People Leader will have overall ownership and direction setting of the capabilities needed to enable Customer self-service.  S/he will work closely with Service Operations leadership and be responsible for driving an omni-channel Digital strategy, advancing our Profile and Registration, Benefits and Coverage, Finance and CDHP, Claims, Payments and Ordering, Prior Authorization, Chat, and Messaging capabilities.  In addition, s/he will oversee Issue Management and Vendor Relations, Client Implementation and 1/1 readiness, as well as, Regulatory and Compliance efforts.  This role fits into the Digital Product's Core Services Team, which focuses on driving best-in-class digital service.  This team works closely with our Service Operations area to create a virtuous cycle of digital improvements using customer insights, customer call data, digital survey data, etc. to focus on improving the areas of our experience that don’t meet the needs of our customers.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Oversees strategy and implementation of new products or changes/enhancements. Oversees market research to ensure market intelligence incorporates national trends, corporate strategy and marketplace competitive strengths. Directs business development, broker relations, commission programs and market compliance activities. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports. 

Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 7 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Highly preferred skills and experience:
-10+ years experience in product development and management

-Experience leading a team of product managers and business analysts

-Healthcare experience or Pharmacy or Prescription Benefits Management firm experience

-Experience at a large Fortune 100+ matrixed org

-Experience developing  digital products or platform products designed for B2C where driving consumer digital adoption is key

-Experience developing business cases through a product lifecycle management discipline   

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $119,000 to $215,000.
