Title: Marketing Coordinator Intern  Undergraduate - Summer 2023

This internship is to assist with projects and tasks that support our summer internship program. This role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of low complexity marketing projects and campaigns by providing project management and/or executional support under the direction of a lead.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Supports marketing strategies by helping to ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope and on budget.

  • Executes project management best practices and tactics that align with project goals/objectives.

  • Supports the strategy and coordinates planning for assigned projects and phases across the entire consumer lifecycle.

  • Develops creative briefs in coordination with project lead

  • Develops and manages project specifications and timelines within project management software.

  • Collaborates with stakeholders across Marketing to ensure project requirements and expectations are well-communicated and measurements


  • You must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.

  • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.

  • Pursuing degree in marketing, communications, advertising or similar field

  • Graduation date between August 2023 to May 2024.

  • Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements.

Preferred skills:

  • Be motivated and willing to learn with strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Skilled at working collaboratively, developing creative solutions, and accomplishing team goals.

  • Have proficiency with Microsoft Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook).

  • Have the ability and willingness to learn project management tools and processes

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Member focused and customer service orientated

  • Compassionate and passionate about health and social issues that impact the community
