Marketing Manager: Campaigns

We are looking for a marketing manager who will be responsible for developing targeted B2B marketing campaigns to align with pharmacy marketing client growth and retention goals. This position requires campaign management and analysis experience across digital, print, and advertising. Excellent communication, reporting, and project management skills are key requirements.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Builds marketing plans to support lead generation and customer engagement campaigns.
  • Analyze results and make changes to execution plans for improved campaign performance and ROI.
  • Recommend, implement, collect, interpret, and  report on status and key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects.
  • Serves as a single point of contact on campaign issues and resolution.
  • Leads development of marketing collateral to support marketing plans. Coordinates the development and review of communication materials with appropriate resources. Provides leadership and direction to marketing support and creative staff.
  • Tracks, analyzes, and manages metrics and resources to execute projects within timeframes, budgets, and quality measures.
  • Coordinates with public relations to support marketing initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare, insurance or PBM experience preferred.
  • Experience creating, executing, and measuring print and digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • SalesForce and Marketo experience preferred.
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
  • Masters Training preferred.
