Project Management Internship - Summer 2023

This Project Management Intern will be responsible for supporting our Network Regions - Georgia team in a variety of projects including, but not limited to, supporting the team in researching and developing communication management plans, maintaining and updating project documentation, supporting project meetings, and participating in the creation of innovative solutions for unique problems.

How you will make an impact:

  • Identify opportunities to address key challenges impacting our business and improve ongoing operations.

  • Supporting the on-site provider network team in provider relations, contract negotiation, communication development, and account management

  • Identifying, documenting, and prioritizing scope changes and facilitating approval processes

  • Maintaining issue logs and facilitating the resolution of issues

  • Support the team in managing and monitoring ROI throughout the project lifecycle

  • Implementing data analysis plans to address project objectives

Minimum Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or related major at an accredited college/university.

  • 3.0 GPA

  • Rising Juniors and Seniors are preferred (Graduation date between August 2023 to May 2024)

  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours a week for the duration of the 10-week summer internship. The dates for this program are June 5th, 2023 to August 11th, 2023.

  • Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Excellent Problem-solving, Analytical, and Organizational skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel 

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Ability to work well in a team-based environment and initiative for success is greatly preferred
