Product Management Director
myNEXUS is based out of Brentwood, TN but the Product Management Director can sit outside of the Nashville area. Some travel to Brentwood, TN might be required but rare.
Responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of a product strategy. Leads early stages of research and development of new ideas, programs, myNEXUS products and solutions.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Develops, implements and maintains competitive product platform.
Partners with product managers and project team to achieve superior execution of product strategy in the marketplace.
Tracks individual product performance by benefit design, market segment and geography.
Supports the development of short and long term strategic product plans in support of market, sales and profitability objectives.
Identifies system needs to support short and long term product strategy.
Develops system requirements and software.
May lead effort or manage project teams in the implementation of regional and companywide initiatives including legislative changes, network/provider changes/ medical management program and policy initiatives, etc.
Desired Skills and Abilities
Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience in road mapping and solution/product development and research; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Expereince in healthcare product and solution research and development strongly preferred.
Expereince in business finance and solution facilitation strongly preferred.
Expereince with client presentation strongly preferred.
