Executive Administrative Assistant I

Reporting to the Kentucky Commercial Plan President this role will be responsible for performing advanced, diversified, and confidential secretarial and administrative duties requiring broad experience, skills, and knowledge of the organization and its policies and practices.

Primary duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for maintaining the executive’s schedule, calendar, travel plans, and documents
  • Writes and routes confidential correspondence
  • Acts as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
  • Screens and distributes incoming phone calls and complaints
  • Prepares forms and reviews documentation for conformance with internal policies and procedures
  • Assembles materials and plans for meetings/presentations, compiles and distributes meeting minutes
  • Compiles information for reports, documents, and proposals
  • Utilizes various software to research and produce high-quality reports, presentations, documents, and chart updates
  • Prepares and tracks budgets
  • Submits expense reports
  • Supports multiple leaders across the KY Commercial Plan team, additional support will include expense reports, scheduling meetings, ad hoc projects
  • Orders supplies

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Requires a High School diploma and a minimum of 5+ years of administrative experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
  • MS Office
  • Location: This is an office-based position and will require to be in the office 5 days per week
