The Director I Technology is responsible for the delivery of information systems and/or technology services that may include applications, networks, databases, help desk, etc.

How you will make an impact:


Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: 


•    Interfaces with key Information Technology (IT) partners; develops strategies and facilitates performance measurement plans to optimize team performance and outcomes.
•    Develops Technology Plan and Forecast for an enterprise application, enterprise-wide tool, infrastructure, or a center or domain that is equivalent in scope and complexity, and/or manages day-to-day operations for a major portion of a functional area or department.
•    Directs multiple work functions/applications or major projects/programs with broad scope and strategic business impact. 
•    Improves the consistency, predictability, and efficiency of the Technical PMO.
•    Negotiates the resolution of intra-organizational issues in the balanced best interests of the business. 
•    Consults with leadership to understand strategic goals and to properly align resources in support of those objectives
•    Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with key technology and business partners. 
•    Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with key business partners. 
•    Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates the performance of direct reports.

Minimum Requirements:
•    Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field of study and a minimum of 7 years of IT management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. 

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Ability to manage across geographically diverse associates and vendor partners is strongly preferred.
•    Previous experience building, growing and/or supporting an Enterprise Technical PMO is strongly preferred.
