The Provider Network Manager Sr. Primary focus of this role is contracting and supporting a unique large employer group value-based program. Typically works with the most complex providers at least 50% of the time. Complex providers may include, but are not limited to Accountable Care Organizations, Clinical Integrated Networks, large health systems and medical groups. 

This position will require you to be in the office 4-10 days per month.

How you will make an impact:

  • May serve as lead for contracting value-based terms for a unique large employer group program.
  • Will work independently and as part of an Account Management team, requiring high level of judgment and discretion.
  • May work on projects impacting the business unit requiring collaboration with other key areas
  • Will collaborate with a cohort of internal matrix partners and sales team in developing presentations to a large employer group
  • Serve as a communication link between value based professional providers and the company.
  • Will prepare financial projections and conduct analysis.
  • Through collaboration with key internal partners and key employer group, prepares analyses to drive success in value-based arrangements

Requirements:

BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in contracting, provider relations, provider servicing; experience should include prior contracting experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Travel required.
