This position could primarily be remote, but proximity to an Elevance Health major office (pulse point) is a plus.  Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model with pulse point sites used for collaboration, community, and connection.  

The Marketing Manage r is responsible for developing enterprise marketing strategies and ensuring the marketing strategy aligns with the department and enterprise-wide strategy.

How You Will Make an Impact

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Builds market product / marketing plans.

  • B2B strategic marketing programs to grow our Pharmacy membership nationwide.

  • Broker and consultant engagement activities, including training and education, meetings and events, thought leadership, digital omni-channel campaign development and execution.

  • Serves as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution.

  • Coordinates the development and review of communication materials with appropriate resources. Leads development of marketing collateral to support marketing plans.

  • Coordinates with public relations to support marketing initiatives.

  • Provides leadership and direction to marketing support and creative staff.

Minimum Requirements:

 Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Health industry, especially health plan or PBM, experience preferred.

  • Experience working with health care and especially pharmacy brokers and consultants.

  • Masters level training preferred.

  • Associates in this role are expected to have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
