The PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) Pricing Strategies Analyst is responsible for Administrative Services Only (ASO) financial model support functions.
How You Will Make an Impact :
Implements new processes, process improvements, and best practices related to ASO financial models.
Creates and implements metrics and supports performance measures to establish performance objectives for product revenue maximization.
Creates tools and processes to develop financial models for optimizing margin revenue and client retention.
Monitors revenue performing below thresholds and performs necessary analytics to determine key drivers of products performing below targets.
Maintains pricing models related to margin.
Supports the Pharmacy Product Portfolio team in implementing future revenue, member expansion and growth capacity.
Analyzes data and summarizes performance using summary statistical procedures.
Develops and analyzes business financial models (e.g. from claims data, provider data, utilization data) and provides notations of performance anomalies.
Creates and publishes periodic reports, as well as any necessary ad hoc reports.
Make recommendations based upon data analysis.
Requires a BA/BS in Finance or related field and a minimum of 1 years of experience with Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM), data analysis; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
Experience with financial modeling is preferred
High proficiency in Advanced or Expert level Excel experience is critical and strongly preferred in this role
Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau is highly desirable
Experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools is strongly preferred
The ability to manipulate large sets of data is strongly preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are strongly preferred
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $55,682 to $100,226 annually
