Responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing, facilitating, and evaluating integrated health care (behavioral and physical health) quality improvement activities including data and outcome measurements for clinical and quality programs and interventions.

How will you make an impact: 

  • Supports and coordinates quality performance measurement activities and Performance Management Action Plan (PMAP) processes.
  • Designs and implements quality improvement studies.
  • Analyzes data and prepares quality management reports in accordance with Quality Management (QM) principles.
  • Participates in intra-departmental teams to improve sustainable member outcomes.
  • Assists in defining opportunities for improvement identified through analysis of trends.
  • Assists with coordinating improvement activities that improve CMS Core measures, HEDIS measures and member satisfaction.
  • May meet providers to promote collaboration activities and education.
  • Supports the Quality department for oversight audits, including collection and organization of information and documents in preparation for regulatory audits. 

**Monday-Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm**

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a health care professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in health care quality improvement with skills in process improvement (LEAN and CQI) and performance measurement, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Specific education, type of experience and/or licensure may be required based upon contract requirements and delegated responsibilities.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $57,200 to $102,960

Locations:  California; Colorado; Nevada; Washington State; Jersey City, NJ; New York City, NY; Ithaca, NY and Westchester County, NY
