Job Title: Bus Info Developer Sr / Healthcare Analytics / Tableau Developer

Location: Remote (Open to Candidate anywhere in US)

  • Responsible for designing and developing reporting analyses and automation using Tableau and R

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Leverages Tableau and R to build and automate reporting solutions. Uses program languages/tools to extract data.
  • Works with Stakeholders to design reports.
  • Develops and automates new and standardized reports using various reporting tools
  • Programs and writes queries and reports.
  • Establishes and maintains strong knowledge of visual best practices, data definitions, system capabilities, related programming languages, and data integrity issues.
  • Conducts training on use of applications developed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BS/BA degree and a minimum of 2 years related analytical experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Experience in standard Business Information tools and programming/query languages required.
  • Tableau experience
  • SQL/Snowflake experience
  • Knowledge of relational databases
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Consultative mindset
  • Strong analytical critical thinking skill

Preferred Qualifications:

  • R and/or Python experience preferred
  • Healthcare payer experience preferred
