How you will make an impact:
Translates Specialty (dental and vision) product design attributes (e.g., benefit coverages, cost shares, frequencies, limitations, etc.) into appropriate representation on internal and external systems primarily in support of products compliant with the Affordable Care Act. This includes pediatric essential health benefits embedded within Anthem medical individual and small group plans as well as exchange-certified stand-alone dental plans in both state-based and federal public exchanges.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Assessing and completing annual regulatory updates to dental benchmark plans and completing mandated regulatory filings including Qualified Health Plan (QHP) and Qualified Dental Plan (QDP) submissions
Updates and maintains documentation regarding Specialty products with an emphasis toward source of truth documentation, summaries of benefits, and annual/project business readiness deliverables
Enters and maintains product design attributes within enterprise product management systems
Works with program managers, product managers, project managers, and programming staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing.
Tests accuracy of information on systems and acts as liaison with internal and external customers to ensure Specialty products are accurately displayed and communicated (e.g. public exchange plan preview).
Acts as a resource to all levels of the organization to address questions/issues and takes on special projects on behalf of the Specialty product team
May provide direction and guidance to team members and serves as an expert for the team.
Works with external vendors as required to coordinate project deliverables and ensure project success
Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 3 years related business analysis experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations is strongly preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $56,080 to $100,944
