Position Overview:

  • Responsible for supporting and managing completion of critical Medicare Growth CRM Business Team initiatives, including Salesforce CRM & Marketing Database migrations and Synergy DSNP Campaign Optimization.

  • Work in collaboration with the CRM Business team and all other Medicare Growth business functions, collecting feedback to derive meaningful insights for improvements, and consistently delivering great end-to-end sales, retention and marketing user CRM Team related processes and experiences to improve adoption, efficiencies and outcomes. 

  • Work with leadership, stakeholders and technology partners to support development and management of annual Medicare Growth CRM Business Team initiatives, budgets and roadmaps to improve CRM Team related platforms and processes.

  • Create and implement a Medicare Growth CRM Business Team analytics strategy to provide insights on usage, adherence, and opportunities for improvement, to enable leadership and Stakeholders to better manage teams and processes.

  • Develop, improve and publish Medicare Growth CRM Business Team communications to stakeholders.

  • Encourage problem-solving, strategic thinking, customer-orientation and continuous process improvement across the team, technology partners and stakeholders. 

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Undertakes complex assignments requiring additional specialized technical knowledge.

  • Develops very complex and varied strategic report applications from a Data Warehouse.

  • Establishes and communicates common goal and direction for team.

  • Establishes and maintains advanced knowledge of data warehouse database design, data definitions, system capabilities, and data integrity issues.

  • Acts as a source of direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff.

  • Monitors project schedules and costs for own and other projects.

  • Develops and supports very complex Data Warehouse-related applications for business areas requiring design and implementation of database tables.

  • Conducts training on use of applications developed.

  • This job is focused on spending time thinking about programming and how it would be used to design solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Requires a BS/BA degree; minimum of 6 years’ experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Expert level PC, spreadsheet, and database skills, as well as experience in standard Business Information tools and programming/query languages is strongly preferred.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels within the organization is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience or Familiarity with Medicare Sales & Retention, CRM, SAFe Agile development practices and JIRA.

  • Project Management, problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strategic thinking and foresight.

  • Strong leadership, team building, interpersonal, networking and influencing skills.

  • Ability to understand business objectives and align plans to achieve.

  • Data-driven mindset and an aptitude for technology.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $105,920 to $190,656.

Locations:  California; Colorado; Nevada; Washington State; Jersey City, NJ; New York City, NY; Ithaca, NY and Westchester County, NY
