AIM Specialty Health's Client Delivery Team is looking to hire a Sales Technology Enablement Director.  This high performing individual contributor will be responsible for owning and driving data-driven sales enablement activities that improve frontline sales effectiveness; builds tools, dashboards, communication strategies and cultivates data/knowledge repositories that help the sales organization run effectively, efficiently and in support of business strategies and objectives.   

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:  Develops and implements frontline external communication plans.  Delivers consistent tools across all markets representing one common voice. Designs and executes an internal sales communication plan and process.  Drives sales playbook composition in partnership with segment needs and project pipeline/process.  Represents sales in product launch plans from strategy to development to launch.  Drives consistent & connected highly effective sales messaging through all sales collateral including RFPs, pitch books, and training materials.  Serves as a liaison for sales to finance, marketing, legal and IT departments.  Represents the needs of sales in meetings and cross-functional projects.  Develops, builds & maintains dashboards (Tableau & Salesforce).

Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 7 years of sales, marketing and/or communications experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Highly preferred skills and experiences:

-Managed care or healthcare experience preferred

-Experience developing, building & maintaining dashboards (Tableau & Salesforce strongly preferred)

-Experience building advanced data visualizations across different tools

-SFDC advanced certifications

-Tableau advanced certifications

-Professional services/consulting experience

-Process improvement certifications or experience

-Experience developing and building a streamlined process for actual opportunities for new business.  

-Experience structuring market intelligence and data needed for optimal use of SFDC (analysis/valuation/scoping/operational hand off)

-Experience designing and measuring KPIs needed to develop client value statements associated with performance

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $104,000 to $187,000.

Locations: California; Colorado; Nevada; Washington State; Jersey City, NJ; New York City, NY; Ithaca, NY and Westchester County, NY
