Job Title: Sr. Digital Product Manager

Job Summary:

Be a part of our dynamic and innovative team. The Experience Data Platform (EDP) team provides access to enterprise data for our systems of engagement and other customers, empowering our members, associates, brokers, and providers with capabilities and resources to improve their Elevance Health experience. This Sr. Digital Product Manager will lead the EDP team in engaging our business and IT partners to identify opportunities for innovating new business capabilities as well aid in developing and executing the EDP strategic vision. 

Primary duties may include but are not limited to:

  • The Sr. Digital Product Manager is responsible for product planning, delivery, and marketing throughout the product lifecycle

  • They will develop a vision and roadmap for the product based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, market research and their own industry insight

  • They will work closely with Product Owners and Engineering teams to deliver products that align with this vision, meet market needs and are delivered to a consistently high-quality standard.

  • They will identify the key benefits and value of products. This will be used to create and maintain financial and marketing plans as well as collateral

  • They will oversee and interpret market research and competitive intelligence to determine ways to competitively enhance product capabilities.

  • They will partner with business stakeholders and IT to determine the best solutions to enhance functionality and increase user satisfaction.

  • They may participate in Agile Scrum process to ensure product solutions are fulfilled.

  • They will work with design team to organize and evaluate results from usability studies.

  • They will evaluate how variations in the product design can impact its overall effectiveness.

  • They will oversee development and maintenance of products.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS degree

  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior direct to consumer and/or healthcare industry digital experience preferred. Scaled agile experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience in large corporate environments particularly in enterprise data, middleware, or data provisioning products

  • Professional Certification including PMHQ Certified Product Manager, PMHQ Certified Technical Product Manager, Product School Product Manager Certification, PDMA offers the NDP Professional Certification, Agile Certification, or other.

Pay Transparency:

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $67,760 to $121,968.

Locations:  California; Colorado; Nevada; Washington State; Jersey City, NJ; New York City, NY; Ithaca, NY and Westchester County, NY
