  • Outpatient - Monday through Friday – 8 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. 

  • Serving our new care center if Fayetteville, NC serving Fort Bragg and surrounding communities.

  • This role is primarily based in a clinic setting.
     

Responsible for providing Internal Medicine/Family Practice Services to patients.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: 

  • Provides medical patient care by interviewing, examining, and treating clinical patients.

  • Educates patients and families on wellness, prevention, and early detection.

  • Provides referrals based on examination and patient needs. 

  • Working with our patients aligned to the Medicaid PC Plus program.

  • Participates in quality improvement, management, continuing education, and patient care programs.

  • Assists in the resolution of complaints, requests, and inquiries from patients. 

  • Maintains confidentiality of all patient information according to federal guidelines and regulations. 

  • Completes medical records (EMR - Next Gen) documentation daily. 

  • Covers night calls as needed on weekends (phone call only).

**For any candidates located out of state he/she MUST be eligible to obtain a NC licensure** *

**Relocation will be available to candidate willing to relocate to NC**

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a MD or DO.

  • Requires current unrestricted medical licensure in North Carolina and board eligibility or board certification in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or Family Medicine. 

  • DEA license required. 

  • For CareMore business units, satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test is a requirement for this position.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in Valued Based Care.

  • Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred

  • Experience with serving military patients
