CarelonRx's Home Delivery Pharmacy org is looking to hire a   Director of Pharmacy Quality Assurance .  The People Leader will direct the daily activities of the Pharmacy Quality Review staff in performing reviews of operational quality issues. 

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to : Ensures departmental objectives are achieved through the effective utilization of resources. Directs the evaluation of the quality of company compliance standards issued by corporate, customer agreements and various government agencies. Manages the performance of compliance to determine the adequacy of the internal controls and identifies workflow efficiencies. Ensures deficiencies in compliance are identified and recommendations are prepared as necessary to strengthen the control environment. Completes special projects that are complex, confidential or sensitive in nature. Develops and maintains positive and productive working relationships with company personnel and management and external contacts. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.  Develop and lead continuous quality improvement activities of pharmacy and call center.

Requires B.A. in related field; 4 to 5 years experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Highly Preferred Experience:

-High volume mail order or home delivery pharmacy experience

-Six Sigma or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality Certification

-Experience in developing quality assurance programs supported by a record of implementing continuous improvement programs

-Experience building and leading a new team

-Strong communication and organizational skills and strong PC skills as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills strongly preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $109,000 to $196,200.
