Responsible for the overall region/market health provider utilization and productivity.

Owns and executes the clinical competence, clinical quality, and clinical effectiveness of the service delivery model which includes visit schedules and productivity measures.

How will you make an impact:

  • Oversight of the region’s clinical staff who provide palliative/complex care.

  • Collaborates with CareMore/Aspire groups to establish and achieve metrics and measures to meet utilization and productivity, quality, and annual goals.

  • Ensures clinical quality and provides clinical expertise within the market – owns field clinical quality outcomes using CQR and management dashboard analytics.

  • Responsible for reporting and analyses of patient care quality and develops plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement which lead to improved clinical outcomes in the market.

  • Assists the Regional Medical Officer on clinical quality, compliance integration, and process improvement.

  • Collaborates with dyad partners and key stakeholders to identify opportunities for region/market improvement, analyzes trends, and develops action plans for problem.

  • Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings (IDTs) to improve staff communication, encourage teamwork, and promote optimal patient care and outcomes.

  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

  • Identifies and ensures quality performance management programs and develops clinicians to deliver clinical excellence.

Minimum requirements:

  • Requires a minimum of 5-7 years of professional leadership experience or managerial experience within a health service program; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

  • Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing, and performance evaluation procedures

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • BA in clinical administration, medical science, psychology, or relevant field

  • Must have multi-state experience

  • RN and/or NP license preferred

  • Practice Management, Patient Operations

  • Physician leaders

  • P&L, contract operations

  • Clinical Quality Director

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $169,500 - $203,400.

Locations:  California; Colorado; Nevada; Washington State; Jersey City, NJ; New York City, NY; Ithaca, NY and Westchester County, NY
