*Will consider highly qualified candidates from additional locations. This position will take part in Elevance Health's hybrid work model which includes remote work and 4-10 days in office per month.

The DEI Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) operational analysis and reporting strategies using advanced levels of evaluation techniques, data analysis and data visualization.

How You Will Make an Impact :

  • Collects, analyzes, reports on and develops insights/recommendations for complex workforce and DEI data to determine effectiveness, barriers, and performance outcomes.

  • Uses data mining and data extraction techniques and applies statistical analysis methods to structured and unstructured data.

  • Identifies and reports major trends, exceptions, and key successes in the data.

  • Analyzes data and summarizes performance using statistical procedures, uses data visualization techniques to discern data relationships and present data in a manner that speeds time to insight.

  • Connects program and process data to performance outcomes, develops reoccurring scorecards with insights, metrics, and indices reflective of workforce, DEI, and business objectives.

  • Interprets and explains the implications of data on performance and the business and provides recommendations for action to drive individual and organizational performance improvement.

  • Creates and publishes standard reports; prepares AAP (affirmative action plan) data for submission to vendor; recommends and develops basic and complex ad hoc reports with varying detail for different audiences, as needed.

  • Responds to external requests for data (e.g., awards, bids, etc.).

  • Maintains databases to track workforce performance.

  • Participates in the creation of valid, reliable, systematic measurement and evaluation tools and techniques.

  • Maintains, promotes and trains use of self-service tools and technologies. Identifies Workday and technology enhancements to promote data insights and efficiencies.

  • Provides expert consultation for Human Resources and the Business in the study of workforce and DEI-related issues and devises appropriate diagnostic and/or tracking data that will translate business requirements into usable decision support tools.

  • Presents and articulates study findings to key stakeholders and varied audiences. Requires BA/BS in business or math related field and 5-7 years of data collection and analysis experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Master’s degree in related field preferred. Six Sigma, ROI certification or other data analysis designation preferred.

  • Master’s degree in related field preferred.
