The Junior Siebel/Middleware Administrator performs analysis and  research of systems and networks.  Reviews detailed business and technical requirements in order to recommend technical solutions.  This platform is a 24x7 operations supporting Medicare and Federally Facilitated Marketplace operations. Evening and weekend work is an expectation, as these are typically the authorized maintenance windows.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:  

  • Creates solution designs that address mildly complex solutions to address business needs.  
  • Develops standard solutions from business requirements and architectural specifications.  
  • Designs complex system and network upgrades.  
  • Responsible for building/deploying and patching Siebel Servers.
  • Deploy build packages and patch sets to Siebel environments.
  • Manage multiple operational environments to include Development, Test, Training, UAT and Production.
  • Data Load Activities (e.g. data sources externally).
  • Administration of middleware platforms like WebLogic and Oracle Service Bus (OSB).
  • Coordination with release managers and operational managers.
  • Performs capacity analysis.  

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 3 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.  
  • This position is part of our FGS (Federal Government Services) division which, per CMS TDL 190275, requires foreign national applicants meet the residency requirement of living in the United States at least three of the past five years.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Multiple trade certifications strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Agile/KANBAN strategy for workload planning.
