The Strategy and Partnerships Manager will be part of a fast-paced team of strategists, technologists and clinicians that are passionate about improving healthcare and making the best digital health technologies available to members. This is an opportunity to be part of building a high-priority product from the ground up and quickly scaling it to Elevance Health’s member base. As a core team member, you will be part of the team responsible for strategy and partnership activities for a new mobile experience designed to revolutionize preventive health for Elevance Health members.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Evaluates potential partnerships with Elevance Health’s lines of businesses and external plan customers from both a qualitative and quantitative value perspective to prioritize, pursue, and ultimately sign new member-bases.

  • Drives business case as it evolves with launch dates, populations, and product features.

  • Supports business development for the product including curation of materials, development of pricing strategy for the long-term product, and RFPs.

  • Engages senior leaders in discussions, with the ability to actively shape conversations into meaningful partnerships.

  • Supports our commercialization strategy based on market trends and partner feedback.

  • Drives go-to-market operations including owning approvals and coordinating across large teams for one or more lines of business.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 5 years project management experience in broad-based information systems, full life-cycle application development and/or building enterprise applications and/or data warehouse planning and development with 2 years spent working in a lead role on one or more projects; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, finance, or healthcare startups.

  • Financial modeling and excel skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and a get-it-done attitude.

  • Willingness to problem solve and navigate with ambiguity.

  • Ability to build trust across teammates, other colleagues, and clients.

  • Understanding of healthcare including health plan metrics and what drives value is preferred.
