The Value Base Solutions (VBS) Account Director is a national-level role that will be responsible for supporting the CareMore line of business and will bring a companywide perspective to the provider group.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Accountable for all day-to-day activity, oversight, and management of the provider partner's long-term success in their Value-Based contract including provider practice operations, adoption of digital tools, Medicare STARS rating, Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS), Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS), and risk performance.
• Coordinates National Joint Operating Committee (NJOC) and other recurring meeting forums with prominent provider partners; oversees a cadence of internal team meetings.
• Oversees complex issue resolution by gathering information, documents, taking accountability for issues raised by provider groups, and working with appropriate internal team members to resolve.
• Responsible for developing and updating the annual ‘Executive Summary, detailing success measures, support strategies, and investment tactics based on the provider partner's actual historical performance and current (or new) risk-
based agreement structure and targets.
Requirements
• BA/BS degree in a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of internal and/or external provider/client facing consulting and/or account manager experience.
• Strong understanding of values-based contracting, including a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience with business knowledge in multiple disciplines within a Healthcare organization
• Any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background

• Experience building and maintaining partner relationships with provider groups.

• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to influence, reaching a broader audience and persuading stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with the ability to set strategy, cast the vision and be an inspirational leader of other teams
