Medicaid Territory Marketing Manager





Location : The Territory for this position is the State of Missouri. Therefore, the selected candidate must reside in Missouri. Residing in St. Louis, Columbia, or Kansas City is highly preferred.

How you will make an impact:

The Medicaid Territory Marketing Manager assist in the development of marketing strategies, partnerships, and community outreach initiatives to help increase Medicaid membership growth and retention in Missouri. Provides leadership and direction to field-based representatives. Primary duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Develops and manages national and state-wide sponsorships across the State of Missouri that result in new strategic benefits to increase membership 
  • Manages Provider Engagement Strategy and Member Advocacy programs and initiatives
  • Trains and develops Community Outreach Representatives for State regulatory requirements/deliverables and provides ongoing, daily support
  • Assists in the development of reports providing productivity tracking, and progress summaries of marketing and community outreach initiatives
  • Develops presentations in response to organizational needs
  • Researches and evaluates competitive activity
  • Collaborates closely with internal teams such as Quality, Health Equity, SDOH (Social Determinants of Health), Care Management and others to build engagement plans that drive member awareness and optimum utilization of member benefits
  • Ensures value added member benefits and marketing collateral meet required compliance and timeliness goals

Minimum Requirements: ​ Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills & Experiences: Managed care experience preferred. Experience with Salesforce.
