Responsible for delivering exceptional quality and customer service through leadership of pharmacy technicians and service experts who support pharmacy operations of our mail order pharmacy.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Directs implementation and administration of benefit programs.
- Prepares and communicates information regarding standard operating procedures and all related process changes.
- Audits to monitor efficiency and compliance with policies; prepares specialized reports; may be assigned to special project work consistent with the role and dictated by the needs of the business.
- managing time and attendance, payroll oversight, hires, trains, coaches and evaluates the performance of direct reports, monitoring goals and problem solves in a variety of ways.

Requires BA/BS degree and a minimum of1 year of experience in a leadership role and a minimum of 5 years related customer service experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- Current state pharmacy tech licensure
- PTCB Certified
- Ability to work on site in Grand Prairie, TX or Mason, OH call center locations
